Essex County’s Premier Agricultural Event. Attracting crowds in the region of 25,000 each year. Come and join the fun!

2015 is a very special year, as we celebrate the 100th Tendring Show.

As always we will be showcasing farming and the countryside, bringing together the very best of what the Tendring Hundred and surrounding area has to offer. As well as this the Show combines top class entertainment; animals, from Fancy Rats, Rabbits and Poultry, to Goats, Sheep, Cattle and Horses, together with over 250 tradestands and exhibits, all set in a beautiful parkland setting.

Planning for the 2015 show is well underway, so keep an eye here for the 2015 schedule of events, timetables and lists of exhibitors. Reduced rate e-tickets will also be available here to purchase soon.

Check out our Attractions and Events page to see our plans for our 2015 Theme, ‘100 Shows – Then and Now’.

What they're saying about us

  • We have been supporting the Tendring Show for over 50 years and see it as our main shop window to  promote both the NFU and the NFU Mutual locally.

    Philip Breary, NFU Mutual, Colchester
  • I travel nearly 600 miles from the north of Scotland to be part of such a friendly atmosphere. Tendring is a Show like no other. There are no empire builders, everyone pulls together to make it a really great occasion. I hope to be able to make it for many years yet, well done everyone.

    Brian Brinded, The Rabbit Whisperer
  • I would just like to say a BIG Thank you for such a brilliant day yesterday. We arrived on the show ground at 7.20am and left at 5.45pm! Thanks for all your hard work and look forward to next year.

  • The East Anglian Jack Russell Club and racing team are pleased to be associated with the Tendring Hundreds Show once again this year. We look forward to our day at the show meeting people on our stand and entertaining with our terrier racing in the countryside arena.

  • I have been exhibiting rabbit netting and ferrets at agricultural shows for longer than I care to remember. Now, at 69 years of age, there are only two shows I will do, and Tendring Hundred is one of them!

    Brian Brinded, The Rabbit Whisperer
  • The Tendring Show is one of our local shows and it is good to support them as they treat us as part of their very large team and we feel part of the family it is nice to see all the familiar faces.

Angie & Rick, Colchester Bird of Prey Display
  • We have used the Show as a PR tool to show new technology for over 15 years and see many of our existing customers year after year. It’s a great day out and we always seem to generate new leads and we will continue our support to the Show for years to come.

Paul Dewing, Managing Director – GCS Alarms
  • Once again another very successful show, Well Done, Congratulations. I would like to thank you very much for my very forward Car Pass, I really appreciated it and so did the family because it meant they did not have to ferry me around the Car Park.
