Tendring Hundred Show


We welcome your interest in trade stand/exhibition space at the Tendring Hundred Show.

In order for any new application to be considered, we require the following information:

  • Full name and address of your company or organisation
  • Letter explaining the type of product or service you provide
  • If possible, a brochure or leaflet giving details of the product/service you provide
  • Photograph and dimensions of your proposed trade stand stand or photograph of your product/service on display

Applications are then placed on file to be considered by our Show Director.

Trade stand packs are sent to all existing trade stand holders in January, with a closing date of 28th February.

Once the closing date has passed, new applications are considered based on appropriate fit for the Show. Application Packs are then sent out to approved new applicants based on available space. Please understand that space is limited and that we try to accommodate as many new exhibitors as possible.

Trade Stand Spaces & Rates

We offer the following trade stand spaces on our Showground

Open Ground Space* Rates starting from £165 for a 6m x 6m site
Food Hall Marquee* Rates starting from £90 for a 6ft table
Craft/Shoppers Marquee* Rates starting from £60 for a 6ft table
Countryside Area* Rates starting from £50 for a 6ft table

All spaces are subject to a Booking Fee of £30 plus VAT.
